"Unreliable. As others have written this is absolutely a stepping stone for therapists. You also do have to stay on top of them to get ANYTHING done. The majority of my day to day problems have been revolved around coming here instead of the other way around. Would not recommend."
"Since they've taken away their tele health/ mend appointments, and I work 7-430, I cannot receive my medication anymore. They're open from 8-4. The nurse literally told me to figure it myself. Thanks for the help! Either I work and withdrawal straight up, or get fired so I can get my meds. What a joke. Used to be a very understanding place. Now they don't seem to care anymore"
"Horrible just horrible. I’ve seen 6 different psychologist since I’ve been there. It seems to be a stepping stone for therapists. The psychologist there is great but the way the reception is they’re horrible. And often you have to haunt them to do anything. I’d suggest going somewhere else."
"I understand how difficult it can be to get help but it won’t make it better by going here. I had enough trouble finding someone and my counselor left and was replaced with someone who made comments that made me less confident in the issue I was seeking help for. If you want to switch locations because the counselor isn’t a good fit, good luck. Thank goodness I found someone else from another company that is a great listener and is very understanding."
