"The place is crooked as hell,I been getting the allergy shot there for 8 months and have not built up am immunity to anything,I pay my copay’s and they still send me bills in the mail like I never payed nothing,I called the billing department there and told them I have reciepts for all my copays and after 4 calls and 3 months,nobody has returned my call yet they keep billing me,it takes 10 seconds to give an allergy shot and numerous times I had to wait 20 minuts to a half hour to get my shot while I could hear the nurses talking to each other and laughing about life,don’t go to dr young’s office"

"Extremely disappointed. After First appointment the good doctor never followed up with my results "personally as he promised". More than a month later his office staff was offended that I called asking why no return call from the doctor. Her excuse was that they are very busy. My second call to the office staff I was hung up on. Very insulting when I paid good hard earned money on the initial visit without a personal follow up by the doctor himself as promised. Great website and marketing campaign, without backup from office staff or the doctor himself. Go elsewhere where money is not ahead of the patients."

"Horrible! Don’t go here! This place is a scam, the PA who assisted me today “PA young” but not Paul. Maybe his daughter?? She seemed nice , but that fake nice. She was very rushed, and her diagnosis was a joke. “Come back when you get another ear infection” and “use Flonase 2 times a day” like bro I’ve had ear infections my entire life , it’s a chronic issue, but I was provided no answers whatsoever. I was able to get an appointment at WNY Ear and Nose, and they were much more helped. Don’t recommend."

"I visited Dr. Young’s office for ear issue and had a very positive experience! All of Dr. Young’s staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Young really took a lot of time to ask me questions and listen to what I had to say. He was very personable yet professional and clearly knowledgeable in his area of expertise The office was beautifully decorated, and the ambiance made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
