"The transit center is a great spot to wait for buses during bad weather, use the restroom, or top up a Metrocard balance. However, it needs seats in the waiting area as people are forced to stand or sit on the floor due to the absence of seats. The buses are often delayed, making it challenging for people to wait comfortably. I noticed that there were holes on the floor where seats used to be. Thus, the provision of seats is a must-have infrastructure for the center."

"The unfair experience that makes me running to ER. Today, I ran to the bus while it hasn't leave yet, but the staff saw me running and immediately waved at the bus to let it left. When i waved at the staff, he knew that i trying to catch the bus but let it go. I'm a person that have heart trouble and intensive running make me almost go to ER. The action of the staff is inhumanity because he saw me running and waving."

"Homeless drunk drug addicts harassing commuters while drinking beer and doing drugs in plain sight. People actually living at this center. Men and women be careful while commuting here."
