"I ran over two nails and needed my tire plugged asap otherwise I would have had a flat tire. I had a 4 hour commute ahead of me and drove to the nearest shop I could find. Being almost 7 months pregnant and not from around here with not many options I was a wreck. Jojos staff was extremely kind and took care of my car for me even though it was a busy Friday night and were closing in 20 minutes. One of the staff members ( I wish I got his name) jokingly told me these screws were New York’s welcome gift to me. He then helped me with my wheel without any hesitation. He patched my wheel and had me on my way without any problems. To this staff member thank you! You truly showed me what New York is all about! Your kindness and generosity deserves a shoutout. Thank you for taking the time to help me on a busy Friday night! This may have seemed like a small job to some but to me it was huge and I’m so thankful for all their help!"

"Worst shop on Staten Island .. 5k in work for transmission & oil pan and it still leaks . Months of bringing it back and forth to fix it properly /Asking the owners to fix or refund my money they curse you out. Very unprofessional shop !!!!"
