"Can do basic jobs fine (oil, brakes, inspection). If you have a real issue, shop doesn’t really think about fixing the core issue, just chasing tails diagnostically. Head manager Ruben is pleasant and kind. Sometimes plays stupid to get you to do fear-repairs. The bulk of your price comes from them ordering parts from stores, and it shipping same day, so the parts become 3x original cost. If you can get your own parts it’ll be cheaper, but be careful because I think the manager will still find a way to overcharge for labor and play stupid about how difficult it was. If you have a real problem that needs real thinking, recommend to go to J&S."
