The Rejuva Center at Williams

"I recently had a very disappointing Botox experience at the Williams Center. This was my second and last time receiving treatment here, the first being just before COVID. After my first treatment I never froze, I went back for a follow up 2 weeks after treatment and was given and additional 50cc which was still unsuccessful. Unfortunately even though I did report the issue, nothing could be done due to everything being shut down. I had a gift certificate and went for a consult on 11/6/23 for a micro needling treatment, while talking to the doctor I mentioned how I was over due for Botox and decided to give them another try. Sadly I must report that both times, my investment was wasted. No freezing at all AGAIN which leads me to suspect their Botox is most likely diluted. I would not say this if I had not received treatments prior to and after this from other providers which were fully successful. Additionally, during this most recent consult when I mentioned my experience prior to Covid, I was informed they knew about a 'bad batch' which could explain why it didn’t work the first time, but no discount or satisfactory customer service was even offered to rectify the first poor experience. Furthermore, the lack of availability for follow-up appointments with the original injecting doctor also added to my frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Williams Rejuva Center for Botox treatments. Save your money and go else where ladies."

"From the moment that you walk in, everyone at the Rejuva center makes you feel wonderful. They are so kind and welcoming. Dr. Austell did fillers and botox on me and made a scary experience wonderful. She is so kind gentle and was in tune with everything I was feeling. I am beyond happy with my results and would (and will) recommend Dr. Austell and the Rejuva center to everyone."

"I went for a routine laser consult last year, said they had time to look, took me right in, and burned me beyond belief. I’ve been dealing with pigment and texture issues ever since. Destroyed my skin on my FACE, and could have cared less. I got a free cream out of the deal, what a joke. Don’t go here you will regret it. They somehow get bad reviews deleted, I made a review last year and saw it had been removed. Well here you go again dirt bags! Especially Danielle from rejuva center! Don’t trust your body with these greedy snakes!!"
