"I hadn’t had a salon cut in a while, but decided to treat myself and change it up. Stylist ran late. Had my hair washed by someone else before she met me. No real consultation. Barely looked at the two photos I brought. She only offered details or suggestions if i asked. Looked at her watch sitting on her shelf twice. The lack of conversation was unnerving. $68 + $15 tip. No better or pleasant than a quick cut shop. Cut was fine. Kind of just made me sad and disappointed."
