"Today was the first time I was not happy with the pedicure I received. The massage wasn’t as long as it was supposed to be , she didn’t spend enough time on my heels and barely touched my cuticles . I had to work on them myself when I got home. $50 pedicure I should leave there satisfied."

"I saw my sisters nails and got her recommendation. I hate when I get my nails done and the powder looks lobbed on. Maggie did a great job filing the anc down so it’s flush and looks like my natural nail. She really took her time to make sure they looked perfect. Found my new nail spot!"

"I felt super rushed to pick a color, the guy asked me 3 times in a matter of 5-8 minutes. It was also disappointing that they didn't bother to remove the nail glue properly from my skin (see photo). Plus, the edges of my nails could've been cleaned up a little bit more. I didn't say anything at the time because my friend was happy with her bridal nails otherwise I would have. On the bright side, I did love the shape of my nails, and the tech was accommodating in adjusting the color to make it less white and more pink. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed experience, with some areas that could definitely use improvement."

"I usually come here and have Henry and he just does an awesome job everytime. But unfortunately Henry had another client, so I figured I’d give someone new a try for a pedicure (I was making an apt at the time the day before). I always get the paraffin wax. The lady I had she had a very good attitude and kind, but I did not know they close at 2pm on a Saturday so they made our apt for 1. So not only was I rushed and only got my nails painted and wax done, but the whole other half the pedicure I didn’t even receive? I never got the massage the (callus remover which I paid extra for!) and on top of it I was charged on my card 54.00 when it should have been only 39.00 because they charged me wrong and told me to come back the next day for my 15.00 that they overcharged me for. I would have had no problem if I lived local but I don’t. So I let her keep it as a tip. I just think the whole experience was terrible."
