"I broke my tailbone in 2020 and tried several places to help with the pain when it didn't heal (doctors, physical therapists, etc). I was able to see Dr. Cappuccino and he gave me a referral for UB Neurosurgery. For the first time in 3 years, I can sit normally with barely any pain. He was very compassionate and genuinely cared more than the other doctors I had seen (several of them told me there was nothing they could do for me). I am very grateful!"
"Went to Dr. Cappuccino because I knew I had two choices with my injuries I could go fusion at 35 or opt for disc replacement and I chose the latter. The staff was helpful along the way and tye Dr himself was amazing from the office to the surgery as well as post op. "I have been a patient of Dr. Cappuccino's for 24 years. Besides being an excellent surgeon, he's got a fantastic bedside manner. He takes time with each of his patients equally so if you have a bit of a wait, it'll be well worth it. He doesn't talk down to you and doesn't stand with his hand on the door knob, waiting to make a fast escape! He's never been rude or impatient with me and I do ask questions if I don't understand, sometimes more than once. His staff is very competent and helpful."
