"My partner and I have been sitting here for almost 4 hours with him being in a car crash. We have yet to be seen. His eyes are dilated and has pain up and down his right side yet we still sit here in the waiting room to be seen. This new hospital is appalling and disgraceful. Plus they put his pain level at a 3!!! When he stated "I really hurt!" Who does that!?!?"

"I am very hesitant to criticize any medical professional or facility as I am aware of the struggles in the industry. However the level of care received by my father was poor at best. He was transported via ambulance due to loss of consciousness and has underlying heart and mobility problems. He was kept overnight (almost exactly 24 hours), however he was kept in the original gurney that he was transported on for the entire time. He was put on IV fluids and had to use the restroom often for this reason. When he called to use the restroom, the only thing done was the disconnecting of his monitors. He was not assisted in any way and since he was not put in a normal room, he had to leave the room each time. As a patient who is in the hospital's care due to loss of consciousness and has underlying problems he was a fall risk and no care was given to address this at all. He also had to reconnect himself to his monitors when he returned to the room as nobody returned to do it. I was also shocked that upon discharge they simply pointed him toward the exit, no wheelchair or assistance offered yet again. This is not only such a low level of patient care, but a tremendous liability for the hospital. While I was told that some members of the staff were friendly, they did not seem to know or care what was going on. There were other examples of poor patient care, however what has been pointed out so far should be sufficient in giving a review of the level of care provided. Whoever is in charge of protocol and enforcement is severely lacking at doing that job."

"Went in with my daughter who had difficulty breathing, crying out of panic, severe painful sore throat and a horrible cough. They threw us in a room and left us in there without even checking on her or doing swabs on her. Her screen didn’t even update with her stay information until almost 2 hours after we got into the room. It was a literal ghost town in there and everyone was just standing around chatting and having a good time. They didn’t even update us on what the hold up was. The lady at the front desk was very nice but other than that don’t bother going here. Take your kids to children’s."
