"Once I was in my room to see the doctor it took for ever for her to come in my room. She wasn't with me 2 minutes and walked out. Didn't give me a chance to ask any questions. Came back in the room with paperwork and walked back out. If your reading this doc, you have no bedside manner. Shame on you. It's to bad the books you studied with didn't teach you compassion or patience. Will not choose this location again."

"I had a bad experience of this lockport facility. Arrived 2:15 p.m. Saturday January 27th. Staff lovely. Checked in and paid co pay. 1 hour wait they said. Husband went home to get my meds because of long wait. 45 minutes round trip. After 30 minutes or so I was taken to exam room. Vitals taken etc, and told Doctor would be with me shortly. 1 hour later I was still there. My husband gave staff my meds and she brought them in to me. I took them and waited a bit longer. The people before me had come and gone and some after me. I know this because I could hear every word in the exam room next door. No sound proofing, no privacy. Surely not HIPAA compliant. Anyway I had had enough and went back out to waiting room and to tell them to refund me the co pay. I told them I had been there for nearly 2 and 1/2 hours and could hear the doctor's private conversations with patients and just wanted to go home. They seemed surprised and apologized. Refunded me and my equally surprised husband took me home. It was an awful experience to be literally forgotten in the exam room."

"My second visit in 2 years.1st was to be checked after falling down a flight of stairs in December of 2021.I was taken in and treated within minutes of arrival then. Most recent visit was for my D.O.T. recertification physical. I made an online appointment arrived just a few minutes early and had only a few minutes wait . Entire time was less than an hour... excellent service and quicker than any Dr. office for sure.."

"Everyone was amazing,from check in to diagnostic care. I was a walk in. Was treated no different. The wait was minimal. I asked if I could wait in my car(was just more comfortable there). I was told yes. I was waiting for a generic text to tell me it was my turn. I received an actual PHONE CALL from the person at the desk! My appointment was efficient and quick, but also with compassion and attention to what I was saying. Even at the end when the prescription had to be changed last minute(my fault, I forgot to list an allergy in my fevered state!) I was met with kindness and understanding and the meds were switched right away. I never give reviews,but I feel this was warranted. The whole staff at the Lockport WellNow is amazing! I would definitely go there again!"

"As soon as I walked in I was greeted., I was immediately placed in a room and had my vitals taken. I then was examined by Kayla , she asked me what my issues were and took the time to listen to me. She explained the medication that she was going to prescribe for me and made me feel at ease. I can’t wait to get sick again so I can go back. The entire staff was very pleasant."
