"Good luck getting someone on the phone! I have called the Syr office 3 times over 4 days. I've tried at different times of the day. Hung up after being on hold over 45 mins each time! THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION! Just sitting here staring at the clock now, on hold. I've also called and chose the option to have a nurse call me back twice. No one ever called me back! All I'm trying to do is reschedule an appointment and get some info on where to send lab info. I could have driven to the Syr office in the amount of time I've spent on hold. This is absolutely ridiculous! And there is no email address to send them a message! This is horrible patient service."
