"My son bought me a new washing machine for Christmas last year 12/10/2022. On December 12th 2023 starting leaking transmission fluid. Stained my floor. Called Arctic and they said warranty was over (by two days). Would never refer anyone to them. Was told it was a new one when purchased but was a refurbished one. Bad service"

"Rude over the phone and in person. We called at ask about fridge inventory and the manager repeatedly said “you’ll have just come in and see what we have in store, I won’t tell you that over the phone!” We went in and no one greeted us or seemed eager to help us- there was no one in the store, customer service was brash and they were still rude in person. Their inventory for fridges was awful, but they wanted to lure us in to come and see other appliances they had. ALL the fridges had cracks on the inside and some had mold. Needless to say, for 900$ cash or 12/1300$ on card, I’d not waste time or money at this establishment. I don’t think they value customers or customer satisfaction, and for that much money, you can get a new fridge at other warehouses or in major store sales. After reading the other reviews, our choice to not go with Arctic warehouse remains Solid. If I could leave negative stars, I would."

"My washing machine just hit the two year mark and suddenly stopped working. I called Artic to see if they can come take a look at it for repair and the guy on the phone was so rude. Literally no empathy and kept saying that if it is out of warranty they will not look at it. I am shocked because when I purchased the washing machine the sales rep was so nice and said I can call them if I needed any repairs in future. I do not expect a used appliance to last forever but only 2 years is crazy for the amount of money I spent. I feel gone are the days of quality customer service. I will stick to just buying new and will never buy anything from this place again. Beware of buying something from here. If you need something quick and short term they are your best friends. But I guess two years is too long and I am out of luck. Thanks!"

"I ended up not buying anything here since they had a limited selection of the appliance I was looking for. But the staff here were very friendly & helpful. They showed us what they did have in stock, answered our questions, and generally left us to browse without following us around & pushing us to buy something (which is what we ran into at similar stores). Next time I need a used appliance, I'll definitely be back here to try again!"
