"Buying from Charlotte has always been a joy and my first purchase was in the 1970s from TV Tony. I could purchase from Lowes or Home Depot for a matching price plus get 10% military discount. Trying to support our hometown businesses but not always easy. Our Maytag dishwasher was just installed and all is fine EXCEPT THEY CAN'T TAKE THE BOX??? Is this 1975? Next large appliance is from a big box store where I can save an added 10% and the box is removed from my property."

"This is a late review- however, when doing my kitchen renovation last year, i quickly realized the only place in Rochester, to purchase a wolf oven, is charlotte appliance. I had a wonderful experience. Rich, my sales person kept me updated regarding my order- and they even held onto the oven until renovations were at the point of instillation. They did an excellent job installing the oven and the installers were extremely careful and respectful of my home."

"I ordered a bosch last Thursday on short notice due to the fact I live in a disabled household and can’t handwash dishes as well or as often. I never once felt pressured by George; my salesman to try to upgrade beyond the model I had already choosen to purchase, he even tried to find a better bosch for cheaper. I received my bosch today, Andrew the installer was very nice and we had a great conversation from appliances to the economy. I really enjoyed how I got to directly talk to everyone who was involved from purchase to delivery rather then going through loopholes with third party companies. I will come back if I need anything in the future."

No push to purchase something more expensive, all around wonderful experience and they were happy to allow our dog to come in with us as well.
