"So long story short, I've been searching for an igniter for my oven for weeks. The internet is constantly a hassle for finding specifics even if you type in EXACTLY what you want. Called up this place, explained my issue, and the customer care from the miss on the phone was extremely pleasant, helpful, and patient with me. Even though we found the part I need was discontinued from most everywhere, I was extremely grateful to her for going above and beyond to search all the resources available to her and even contacting me after doing some research with not only a the part i needed, but also where to buy it and an affirmation proof on the site that it would fit my oven. "Very happy with my purchase so far! I walked into ROC Appliance a little over a week ago looking for a washer and dryer. Melissa was helpful and showed me their inventory. Pricing was straightforward and great compared to what was offered by other major retailers. I never felt any pressure to buy and ultimately settled on a new Samsung washer/dryer set that fit my needs perfectly. Delivery for both was $75 which was very reasonable. They were also able to install them for me. There was an issue with the dryer powering on but the owner came out first thing the next morning after delivery to take a look and was able to quickly resolve the issue. Overall my purchase experience was excellent and both Melissa and I believe his name is Brian provided great customer service! Would gladly do business with them again!"
"Slightly high priced for only 30 day warranty. Then add on $70 start for delivery and then cost of hook up service too. Customer service, hold time for own transportation is well respected. Finally, they do offer repairs also after a 30 day warranty."
