"Unfriendly older male that sits at the front door. I had a baseball glove in my hand. Um Amazon return. "can I help you'. I watched the next 5 people walk in. Said Nothing, don't be so obvious."
"Bought 2 filing cabinets from staples for in store pickup. Whole process went smooth until i got the cabinets home and realized one of them was a complete different product in the box. Either they dont check their returns, or they willingly will sell you a return at normal cost. 2 stars because they rectified the situation, but i still had to waste my time and gas to return product to the store, and I didnt even get as much as an apology for the error. Don't know if i will be doing business with Staples again."
"The lights are on but apparently nobody is home. After 30 minutes of trying to get help from the non-existent employees, I had to call the store FROM the store, to be able to talk to an employee. After waiting an additional 15 minutes from the end of that call, I left after still not being helped. Makes you wonder if anyone even works there. I bet the owners blames it on the fact that "nobody wants to work anymore" while also not paying enough to get more employees in there."
"Needed 2 color prints made. File was already formatted and in PDF form. The lady was short and had an attitude. Told me there was a 4 hour wait and I could do it myself with the self serve machine. I told her I needed a glossy cardstock so I can print business cards. She said they didn't have any but had matte cardstock. I said ok. I tried to take the paper from her to feel it and she wouldn't give it to me. I wanted to print a test print first and got an attitude (was barely listening to me). Confirmed the print looked okay. She put the paper in and when I printed my first print I realized it was NOT cardstock. I couldn't give that to a customer. I went up to the counter and was ignored. There was maybe 1 other perdon at the counter. When i worked as the graphic designer at OfficeMax I would have been FIRED for acting this way and treating customers this way. This is the WORST customer service I have gotten in a LONG time... Anywhere.. Which is saying a lot. Oh and I saw a box of 12pt gloss paper behind the counter....."
