We’ve had the couch less than a year and have washed them once and I’m really not happy with the way they wash/wear. It’s unfortunate because it’s a comfy couch. I wish they had some better/more durable options for covers."

"Love the couch! Service was good at the store but when it came to doing an exchange it has been a horrible experience. Pick up was set up a certain day and it never happened, was missing one label for a box, haven’t gotten that either. I called two days and was told the manager would sent over the information and have not heard anything from them either. Had to go through the website to contact someone to help me."
"By far the easiest and least pressured large purchase I've made, thanks to the store manager Jeff. We initially visited just to get some fabric samples and check seat depths, but ended up walking away happy customers. Jeff easily answered all of our questions and provided insight/recommendations for our scenario. We never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot, but ended up liking the sample couches so much we pulled the trigger. Really looking forward to getting our couch, will definitely be back to this location when I need one for my office!"
