"Honestly, the worst SERVICE EVER!!! My parents are seeing the doctors there, whenever I try to communicate with them behalf of my mom health and medication they literally shut us off saying “we have sent every one of her meds there” when clearly when we contact the pharmacy they say the prescription isn’t there, this has been going on for weeks, my mom needs some of her pills and they don’t even care enough even the amount of time I called to the point they don’t pick up my call and when I call from someone else’s number they pick up. Also when my dad called the lady the at front had the worst attitude being Bengali she’s very entitled, learn how to work at health care system lady. You make yourself LOOK VERY UNEDUCATED! being rude to your patients is that what these people are taught? And they are such scaredy cats who doesn’t give out their name. I really want to complain about all of the ladies at the front working they are the worst people of all!!! They don’t want to understand me whenever I’m trying to communicate them. This going on for weeks now about to be a month and I’m sick of these entitled people who think they own the place. PLEASE DO BETTER AND HITE EDUCATED PEOPLE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!"

"Best doctors and stuffs around western New York area. Very highly recommend place. Some Bangali always have very high expectations from Bangali business. I have been to this place many times and I saw how poorly (worse than slave) bangali people treat all the front stuffs. If someone treat me like this at workplace, I wouldn’t even able to work over there for an hour. I always feel very sorry for those front stuffs."

"The front desk needs management urgently. They don’t have organized system and everything is all over the place. The front desk lady with orange hair is a Nightmare personified. She is litterly the worst person to be in a health care setting. She was gossiping about me in front of me with another staff because I asked her for paperwork. She told her fellow staff “let her stand” rudely when I said I needed my paperwork. I couldn’t believe how can somebody deny basic things like a Visit summary and prescriptions. When I went back to ask about the medication list She was giving me attitude and telling me she had hard time printing the paperwork. Babe this is litterly your job. If the printer wasn’t working why don’t they have email option or message option for people to access their medical documents? The strangest thing is they asked us to come that day for regular appointments. Don’t get me started on their policy when it comes to children. Their sign says No Children Allowed. Is this a movie theater of a medical clinic? As if health care is not your priority. When my brother was infant we had to go to this place. The orange hair lady was giving us nasty smug face when my brother was crying. I wish I could have given her a beating just because of that. the place is meant to serve the Bengali speaking community. However they only take ADVANTAGE of the Bengali speaking people who can’t move to somewhere better because she only speak Bengali. They benefit from the Medicare of the immigrants yet they dare disrespect and humiliate Bengali Americans who are stuck at disgusting medical facility such as yours. I am not coming to this place in the future. I wish I can report your filthy disgusting medical clinic to higher authorities."

"Doctors are really good. But for front desk receptionist i will give them 4 star. They are not (receptionist) professional or ethical. Personal experience: i was waiting in front of her desk but she was giving priority somebody who just came, instead of solving my problem."
