"I asked for a textured quiff, and got a Caesar. I showed the barber a picture and he completely ignored it. UPDATE I emailed Gotham after I got the haircut and wrote a review. The owner Yuri wrote bake and resolved the situation so well that I had to update my review. If you are not happy with the haircut you got at this barbershop, please say something before you leave, they will go above and beyond to rectify the situation. This is great customer service and the way a business should be run, kudos to you and your team at Gotham!!!"
"Eli is the absolute BEST! He is incredible at his craft and does well with all hair textures. My partner and best friends all go to him as well and won’t let anyone touch their hair. My hair is very mixed … super curly, very soft but also kind of like a dry fro … and someone messed my hair and he was able to reshape it easily and he also succeeds at every different hair idea i want to try out. High recommend him"
"Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and I’ve always had an amazing experience and haircut. Super close to 59th street, too. The biggest plus is that I’ve never had to wait to get in the chair. Eli also gives a killer skin fade. Highly recommend!"
