"Randomly found this salon on pulsd and thought I'd give it a try for a cut. I absolutely LOVED it. The space is open and bright and everyone is friendly and I got a kick out the cute tea service. And my stylist! Janelle is a whirlwind of fun energy AND she's so incredibly efficient and good at this! She quickly assessed my hair, cut it dry with quick, clean snips, gave my hair shape whilst clearing off a good chunk of dead ends, and blow dried and styled my hair with precision and speed. I looked FANTASTIC. On the flip side, I loved that Stephanie took her time washing and rinsing my head. I swear I was in and out in 45 minutes and was amazed how fast and great everything was. I still may be in shock. Thank you so much!"

"This place is a hidden gem. From the first moment, I felt cared for. The team truly works together and cares for one another as well (rare!). Then.. Nancy. Nancy with the warm, gentle soul; she had amazing stories to share as she crafted my dream haircut. She had really listened and gave excellent advice. I felt stunning and fresh when I left, and the cut did not disappoint when I washed and air dried, or when I styled myself (not my strength!). I think it’s my favorite haircut experience to date. Weeks later I still love it. Excited to return for my next chop (and maybe color- it’s obv they have that mastered too)."

"I had the most amazing experience at O&M getting balayage with Nancy! The salon is so lovely and the atmosphere is amazing; very laid back and unpretentious but also incredibly cool and hip. Everyone there is super nice and positive. Nancy did the most amazing job at my balayage; it was my first time dying my hair in over a decade and I was a bit nervous, but she's a true artist. My hair looks super natural and even better than I expected. Highly recommend!"

"I have silver hair with roots grown out. When I called to schedule for an appt, I asked several times if they can match my roots to the silver hair I have, to which I was told yes. On the day of, I had Angelo take care of my hair. He’s a nice fellow but incompetent. He didn’t touch my dyed silver hair at all so I was concerned if the roots will blend with the rest of my hair. I asked him and he word for word said it's going to blend “seamlessly.” I left the salon with two tones; brassy warm tone on the top and my original cool tone silver hair on the bottom. I was so upset I went to my old salon- Xcellent Beauty Salon and paid another $500 (in total) to fix this bad hair job the very next day. The owner Janelle saw my ig story and said she will refund me immediately. It's been well over a week. I followed up with the request to which I was left on seen."
