"I've been going to Aerea Salon for almost 5 years! Anissa & Liz are my girls! Anissa & Alex do the best highlights for blondes that I've found in NYC. They are so skilled at what they do, and I'm not sitting in the chair for more than 1.5 hours. They're so speedy but also thorough. Liz is a mastermind at extensions, she is so knowledgeable at color matching & making them blend in with your regular hair. I would not trust anyone else with my hair other than Liz, Alex & Anissa! "I came in with copper hair wanting to go back to my natural brown hair color. There was no communication at all the stylist barely talked to me. I left with my hair way too dark and it looks like box hair dye. I’m embarrassed to go outside looking this way, I regret even dying it now my hair is way too dark for my fair skin tone. I was also unaware that I would be charged $50 to dry my hair, it was not even a decent looking blowout I came out of the salon with frizzy hair that wasn’t even styled. Why is blowing your hair dry not included in the price?? I paid $224 to have hair that looks like I did it myself. Very upset and I will have to go to a different salon to fix this mess ☹️"
