"The Mandarin Oriental Team went above and beyond, making our stay a memorable one. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's prime location made exploring Manhattan effortless. From the bellman, front desk, housekeeping, and concierge this hotel exceeded our expectations. Concierge took care of all our dining reservations, horse drawn carriage ride through central park, we wanted for nothing!! All the rooms have windows from the floor to the ceiling, the views were spectacular especially at night, wow we could see the entire city from all the windows. A special compliment to Andres, director of Guest Relations, who made our stay especially wonderful with personal service, he is professional and polished as the entire Mandarin Oriental Team. If there was an option for 10 star, this would be our rating!!"

"Wonderful hotel! Me and my family spent the Martin Luther King Jr holiday weekend here, and we had a great time. Everything is perfect! The rooms were spotless, and there was very polite staff; the restaurant had great food, and the rooms had incredible views. Not to mention the phenomenal service, both in room and out. I genuinely recommend coming here."

"I stay pretty often in Boston and that’s one of my favorite locations . I have a gift card and decided to book an appointment with spa in New York . Massage therapist was great and super friendly, spa was clean and workers there were friendly and helpful also. Biggest disappointment was lady who works at the desk at spa, didn’t see her name tag but lady with red hair. She has to fix her attitude , she was rude and didn’t want to answer the simple questions about my next appointment. She acted like she owns that place , was rolling her eye and sighed while I was trying to get information. I hope management will take an action, otherwise you will lose your loyal customers. Luckily other male manager was there and he helped me out. P.S. they can also say “you welcome”, “have a good day” etc , instead of giving fake smile! It’s simple response to customers who spend $$$$ there ."

"Me and my gf stayed for 3 nights. The amenities were great including a very nice the service at the hotel is exceptional. The housekeeper accidentally took my personal facecloth that I had placed on my vanity bag (to avoid being taken with hotel towels). I called housekeeping immediately and they were very apologetic and by the second day, a staff remarkably found my beloved plush cloth. I was so happy. My gf really enjoyed their stay here. The location is great too and the hotel was super clean."

"Fantastic hotel, in a wonderful location. Top notch. However, the service was poor. In my room a room service trolley was left with other guests trash placed on it, I asked the front desk to remove this at their leisure (as I was going out for the evening), but on my return it was still there. And so it was there until I checked out. For a hotel of this quality and cost, this isn’t acceptable. Update: Following the hotel's invite to reach out via their email address, I did. And no response in any form in almost two weeks. Make of that as you will."
