"Nail tech was extremely rough, seemed like she was rushing or didn't want to do my nails and didn't understand what 'gentle' meant. I also asked for a normal polish instead of Gel, I was given a Gel Manicure. They look great but would not recommend as it wasn't a pleasurable experience at all or what I asked for. Considering there are so many nail places in NYC, I'm certain you could find one where they care about the service they are giving you."

"Before the appointment, I was really excited for it. The place was nice and I would rate 5 stars for the environment. However, I am not happy with the result that turned out. First, it is a bit uncomfortable to have almost zero conversation during the session since the girl who did my nails can’t speak English very well. I’m not being racist because English isn’t my first language neither and I actually saw the recommendation for the salon on a foreign social media platform. The whole session was fast but it’s painful when she was dealing with my cuticle area. Second point I was really upset with is the extension. I paid $170 for extension and was not expecting this :( ($170+$20 designs fee(?)+$35(18%?)tips) I know I have short nails that are hard to deal with, but I’ve been to other salons that could perfectly extend my nails. If u are only looking for a fast Russian style manicure with designs, it’s a good place. But if u want good extensions, do not come here."
