Meet Our Team:

Krysta: A passionate advocate for health and fitness, Krysta specializes in Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Sports Massage. A graduate of Niagara County Community College with a degree in Massage Therapy, she is also certified in Assisted Stretching. Krysta works with professional athletes to enhance their performance and recovery, utilizing deep work to release and relax the body's fascia. Beyond massage, she is a certified fitness instructor, teaching Spin, TRX, and group fitness classes across Western New York. Krysta's love for sports and community involvement shines through her participation in events like the Ride for Roswell and Empire State Ride.

Laura: With a compassionate and holistic approach to healing, Laura is a dedicated massage therapist specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. Also a graduate of Niagara County Community College, Laura is a certified Reiki Master practitioner and excels in energy work to help clients become their best selves. Her background in sports such as ice hockey and weightlifting fuels her passion for health and wellness. Laura believes in the transformative power of self-care and enjoys connecting with nature and her beloved plant babies.

Yen Ngo, MS, RDN, CDN: At Health is Wealth Nutrition, Yen provides personalized nutrition counseling to support clients' health and wellness goals. Whether you seek weight loss, meal planning, or management of specific health conditions, Yen offers well-researched, comprehensive plans tailored to your needs. Her areas of focus include gastrointestinal issues, autoimmune conditions, and hormone imbalances. Health is Wealth Nutrition emphasizes realistic lifestyle changes for lasting health improvements.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $45 fee applies for cancellations made 12 hours or less before the appointment. No call/no show appointments will incur the full service fee. Exceptions may apply.
