"Couldn’t be happier with my experience at this Quest. They called me back five minutes after I checked in. I was extremely nervous, because I’d only had bloodwork one time before over 20 years ago and it was traumatizing, but the phlebotomist was really kind when I let her know I was anxious and the procedure didn’t hurt at all. I was in and out in record time. Thank you for giving me such a positive experience!"

"Extremely far behind schedule. Very disorganized. Even if you have an appointment, do not expect to be seen at your scheduled time. Update: spoke to someone to try to get a feel for how long after our appointment time we’d be waiting. Reply was “I’m just drawing, I don’t have a screen” with a very rude tone. Do not come here if you can go someplace else. Not even having any sign of getting called back half an hour after your appointment time is completely unacceptable."

"Coming in as a walk in, I was expecting and willing to wait 2-3 hours. After waiting 2 hours, an employee comes to the waiting area and says, “this location does not take walk-ins, we are an appointment only facility.” … which isn’t advertised ANYWHERE. If your clinic doesn’t take walk-ins, why does your website say otherwise? Why does your check in kiosk allow me to register as a walk-in? It’s not the waiting that’s disappointing, it’s the fact that this clinic is advertised as taking walk-ins but the employee says otherwise and told all walk-ins that they should just go home because they won’t be seen within the business day (EOD is still 7 hours away at this point). If this clinic doesn’t take walk-ins, PUT THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE."

"This really isn't the fault of the staff that work there, but if you do not have an appointment, expect to wait 3 hours or more, or you might not be even seen at all. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room just for a blood draw for an upcoming doctor's appointment. Luckily I was seen as a walk-in, but the tech admitted to me they normally don't see walk-ins and appointments are almost always required. Again, not the fault of the employees. Quest really needs to come up with a different mechanism for scheduling. So unreasonable and a waste of a day. There were multiple instances where one or two were coming out with a clipboard and calling off names of walk-ins who were on standby. Instead of crossing off names for appointments who were absent, they just simply waited in the rooms, and there was one instance where they didn't come out for like 15 or 20 minutes. I probably won't return to this location, and if I do, I'm scheduling an appointment ahead of time. The way that this place is run is so bad and unnecessary."

"Today, 5/15 I came in at 4:30 to get my blood drawn and saw there was one person waiting on the screen. Within 3 minutes a blonde, short women comes out to grab the patient waiting and then glances at me, and turns back around and stats, "anyone here after 4:30 without an appointment will NOT be seen." I will mention that there was a sign posted on one of the kiosk machines where you check in. My issue, is the tone, demeanor and lack of interpersonal communication skills. She came out and assumed I didn't have an appointment, what's worse is she could have at least made eye contact when she made the statement. I would have just made an appointment and left pleasant. I've been fasting all day and my nerves weren't in the best of moods, therefore a kind delivery would have made all the difference. I unfortunately didn't catch her name but I won't be back anyways."
