"really great service here. taurus and chris are both wonderful. they didn’t force unnecessary maintenance upon me, but were honest with what truly needed to be fixed. they even drove me home and picked me up so I wouldn’t be stuck there all day. an appointment was quick to get, and as always, the customer service was 10/10. I also really appreciate the pictures they provide of everything that needs to be fixed. my dealership missed a lot of stuff, I’m glad these guys caught it. expensive, yes, but they were honest in letting me know what could wait and what needed to be done sooner than later so I could budget properly."
"Just getting caught up with some of my reviews..... Went ito Total Automotive for an oil change a year ago, before I was married, and was told I needed hundreds of dollars of work done. Arrogant gray haired man (owner/manager?) gave me atttitude when I wouldn't book it. Didn't appreciate the "talking down to". Wondered if it was because I was female and stood my ground. Found an honest garage that doesn't try to pull anything over on you. Still don't need the work done I was told I needed there."
"Awesome service I didnt have an appointment but needed some oil they took care of me right away. I usually add oil myself but it was very windy and cold. The price was more than if i did it myself but with the high prices of everything today it wasnt to bad"
"Bring your car here if you are looking for honesty and integrity! Their customer service is the best. Everything is explained in detail. They will let you know if something can wait or if it needs to be done right away. Waiting room is spacious and clean. Our family has been going here forever. Tom, Chris and the guys are the best mechanics in WNY!"
