"Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated like a thief for trying to return something with a receipt. I purchased a 5 piece bolt extractor set (DieHard), came in with my receipt. The general manager claimed there was pieces missing from the set, this is because there's extra housing for other sizes that didn't come with my 5 piece set. The package clearly says 5 piece set and both the GM and floor manager claimed it was a 10 piece set. Instead of checking the shelf, the back of the package, or even her computer, she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the and call the police on me. Corporate was certainly called and we're resolving this issue but I will never return to a business that treats their customers this way!"

Now I know I’m not well versed in the world of automotive repairs/needs, but I also wasn’t born yesterday, and Jordan didn’t treat me like I was, (which can happen more often than not).
