"Terrible warranty policy!!! As a shop owner in the area, I will NEVER purchase from here much less recommend to customers. Parts are decent, but warranty for parts is deceitful and overall attitude of employees is poor to say the least. I regret every penny I’ve spent over the last 24 years as zero help is offered for a failed alternator 6 months old. Customer can not exchange and must pay twice for labor and part. Total embarrassment to the shop and I will not stand with any company that places my business in jeopardy."

After Not Being able to find a part from the 60's, .... they found the parts and had them shipped to the store for me, called me and let me know they found them out of state, thank you so much guys."
"Rich was amazing. As soon as he seen me aproach the counter though very thoroughly handling another customer with instructions he took that brief moment to let me know he would be right with me. And just as I waited patiently he was able to continue providing the other custom final assistance and have him headed out the door with a smile. I cannot stress enough how key patience and communication are necessary in us as the consumer having better results when out there shopping."
