"Today I attempted to contact your facility and asked the basic question of ," Do you buy whole vehicles?" A woman responded, " Yes, we buy scrap vehicles." I responded," I have one that runs and drives and.." before I could finish speaking, she cut me off and said it'd be alot easier to get a quote from her if I'd just tell her what I had and not ramble. She immediately said, "oh, no response? Have a good day", and hung up." Not sure if that's how business is conducted here, but I'll call back Monday when you open, as noone would answer the phone when I tried calling back multiple times."
