"Very unprofessional and rude staff, they charged me 228 dollars and said it was a mistake when i asked for a cancellation receipt they told me transaction was never completed and that they don’t know where the money went after weeks of calling autozone customer services and different ppl In charge i still don’t have my money, they told me it was a glitch and that they charged by mistake but still no money sent back to my account I hope they give back my money soon.i will keep fighting until they give me my money back and I don’t recommend anyone going to this location and getting scammed ever, disgraceful."
"I bought some brake discs for the front and they gave me the ones that go in the back, they give you the parts that are not the ones you ordered, then I bought an oil to change the oil and filter, so I buy it, I go home and when I open the oil was not new, it was recyclable oil, I do not recommend it, I prefer to go to the one in Elmwood"
"The customer service was great. I have no issues with the employees. The only issue I had was the $150 battery for a 2008 buick lacrosse. My car is 15 years old and on hospice. Why would I spend that much on a battery when my car most likely won't make it through the winter. The employees helped me out the best that they could, and also understood my side of things. I'll definitely shop there again. Hopefully, it will be in a newer car."
