"I ordered food here and my card went through but the store never got my order. After 30 minutes of talking to the manager they finally got me the food but it was like pulling teeth. I get it not the people working there that caused the issue but could have been handled a lot better. They kept saying it was a problem with my card but it clearly went through on my side."

"Bathrooms are dirty and the sinks don't work. They've installed another outside the bathroom but there isn't any soap and the paper towel dispenser is broken. They also raised prices but didn't put it on the menu"

"The slowest most ghetto Wendy’s I have been to! I try to avoid if I can! The entire staff needs to be retrained or this place needs to be restaffed! I ordered last was told to pull up so someone can bring me my food. When she came out she was on the phone talking she said nothing to me and gave me the bag. When I looked at her she had a bonnet on her head and was dressed as if she was just getting out of bed fuzzy socks included. When I went today the service was a lot better but had to listen to the manager loudly speaking about a complaint being made"

"It's incredible, I order a meal at 8:38pm and the place is empty. All the raw food, the old potatoes and the person who charged me was a lady touching the money and with the same hands touching my parents, and the staff making jokes. I work in a kitchen and I know it is a very hard job, but I would never deliver a meal this way."
