"I went there because of the free coffee Mondays I have the app I am a member. I have no issue at any other Tim Hortons visited this Tim Hortons and they were very rude. Told me that they don’t do that. But it’s labels everywhere even on the bagel and coffee I purchased. I tried to show them my app they weren’t having it. Started my day off on a bad foot. Will continue going to another location"
"Great food and service. We got an Ice capp, 6 donuts, 10 timbits and a BLT sandwich. The food was great, just like usual."
"We just placed a mobile order an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker and no one talked to us so finally we just pulled up to the window and the worker just shook his head "no" at us. Didn't open the window, didn't talk to us at all. Just stood a few feet away fron the window and keep shaking his head no. My husband tried to tell him that we placed a mobile order and the worker just ignored him. Edit: and I still haven't received a refund for the mobile order."
"Drove thru for morning coffee, ordered black ice coffee with shot of espresso. Got to work and 3/4ths through coffee and noticed chunks in my coffee and to my horror realized it was chunks of mold. This is beyond disgusting."
