"I asked Maranda for a sleve so that I wouldn't burn my hand and she was super nasty and snapped at me. This Tim Hortons is my favorite one because all of the workers are really nice until today. I sat down to drink my coffee and I listened to her complained to her co-workers the entire time. I will give this place another chance in the future. Hopefully it'll have to same wonderful customer service I'm use too."
"Will not return to this Tim's H again. Terrible service. Unclean customers, smelling very bad. People waiting and being loud and obnoxious. The food preparer having to yell over the rude customers just to announce their order is ready. I went in for a croissant sandwich which was ok, but I specifically went in for the new cold brew. The Brown Sugar Butter Carmel Cold Brew. The lady at the register didn't even know what it was and apparently they didn't know how to make it because after I left and pulled off, I tasted it and it was disgusting. No brown sugar butter, no Carmel flavor. Just a plan ice coffee. Very disappointed. The employees rather play around with the young men that come in rather than give the customers a great experience and what they asked and paid for. Nope, I do not recommend this Tim's @ the corner of Genesee Street and Pine Ridge Rd. Never will I go in there again"
"Friendly food fresh and ice caps are slamming. The guy even gave me a bowl of water for my kitty It shows there is still decency in the world Lightens up my mood when I come here. The manager Tj is always friendly smiles and great service. Keep up the great work."
"Every time I come through, my coffee is PERFECT. Customer service is on point. I love this location compared to some. I very rarely habe any issue here. Thank y'all for being great workers!!!"
"I came from Canada to come visit my family down in Buffalo and they knew my favourite place to go was Tim Hortons .. by coming to this location I felt a warm welcome by the employees working! The location was clean, well kept, and definitely an out standing visit ! In the future when I come here often this will definitely be my go to place to go for my coffee across the boarder ! Thank you to the staff for making me feel like home even when I’m not from here . This is the best and only Tim hortons I will go to. I’m in ahh ! Five stars isn’t enough to rate this fantastic service ."
