"Out of all the Tim’s around I go to this one I pass 4 everyday on my way to the Walden one , the ppl that work there are fantastic and seem to actually truly care about taking care of people. I get a simple bacon and cheese bagel and an ice cap and the bagels are always on point and they always have the ones I like This to me is the best in wny. Thanks for being great everyone keep up the good work"
"Absolutely love the drive thru staff & staff in general. I come here literally every day (that I work) I work at the Metro across the street and they always have smiley faces and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend! Bally holidays all!"
"Very pleasant, helpful and friendly employees! Disappointed with this location as there was nothing available. I was there around 5:40p.m. and they close at 10p.m. So why weren't there more varieties of doughnuts or muffins? Especially if they advertise pumpkin tidbits but they had none. At least they had pumpkin doughnut and muffin. Like any restaurant, you make more food items up until close to closing. Someone like me who travels and on layovers, I make sure I find a Tim Horton's as there aren't many in the states I live or frequent."
"Food depends on the mood of the staff who are not consistently friendly. One young man is very caring and goes out of his way. Coffee is very hot and no carrier is offered, liquid overflows from the lid of the cup. This location has the potential to be one of the best."
