"The food was wrong food cold hash brown very hard. Had to come back to the store from my job to come and get the correct food. Then after that, I asked for correction on my food, and they gave me the wrong thing again so I had to come back again."
"I have never seen and heard a ruder person in my life... older woman attact a young mam because he didn't say black coffee she slammed her hand down " did you want cream and sugar." He said no, she wouldn't let him finniish talking . How he'll do I no what you want if you do no."The man didn't answer, just stared at her in disbelief she glared at him and slammed his coffee down. I do think as he walked out, he said something to another employee. She was horrible. I was so embarrassed I saw their car they were from out west... she needs retraining and to learn some serious respect. The customer isn't always right. Not in this case..."
