"Dr. Kowalski did my surgery almost 4 years ago. I had a L3-S1 fusion emergently. He was honest and clear about the possible outcomes. This was in the middle of Covid and I was scared! He was kind and reassuring and his staff was amazing! I have residual issues but am so much better than when I walked in to see him. I trust nobody else. "I had multiple spinal fractures after a car accident, I was transferred to ECMC where Dr Kowalski became my physician for the next 3 months and he was the only doctor through the whole process that ever proposed possibly getting away without surgery. They had planned to pin my spine but Kowalski said we should wait to operate to see what may happen, and I ended up fully healing completely naturally. It’s been less than 3 1/2 months and I golf, play soccer, basketball and exercise regularly all without any operation or pain. I genuinely trusted the man with my life and I would again, Would recommend every time!"
