"Absolutely awful customer service skills. I am shocked and appalled at the way the employees treat their customers and I'm currently waiting for a call from the district manager. I attempted to purchase my items with a Walgreens gift card which was on my phone. I cannot explain how the employees acted when I went to show them the card. The first employee acted like I was holding up the place with her " I'm not going anywhere near that, I'm not scanning that" attitude. She even called for " help" at this point. Another employee told me he could get fired if he accepted it. I thought this was a hidden camera television show. I didn't see any signs stating that gift cards are not accepted. The funniest part was the young man said he'd ask the manager and the manager never even came over to discuss the situation. The employees were telling me that they've been scammed. Well, guess what? I've never scammed you and won't be accused of trying to do anything illegal. How dare you treat people like that? They actually told me to call corporate. How about you call corporate and explain the situation and how you won't accept funds from a customer? I work very hard every single day and if one of the companies I work for sends me a gift, I am going to use it. I've already contacted the company and told them to eliminate the Walgreens gift card as an option for their employees. I do not want anyone else to be treated this way. Stay far away from this location. Hopefully, corporate will provide some training so the staff gets over their gift card fears and learns how to provide excellent customer service. I told them I'd be writing a review and I stuck to my part of the deal. I invite them to reply and address anything that isn't true in this review. I see many other negative reviews on this page so hopefully, someone will look into them and implement some new procedures. I'm looking into the legal aspect of this as well. I will not be treated in such a harsh manner and this location will lose many customers if they continue on like this."

"This pharmacy is garbage!!!!! My vet wrote my dog a script literally this morning and when I went to pick it up they said they couldn’t release it without confirming with the vet. The last time we picked up the medicine they didn’t have to confirm with the vet. She said “we can call them Monday because we’re closing soon” (it was only 3:30 when I went to pick it up and I’m pretty sure they don’t close the pharmacy until 6) which is just unacceptable. I told her no we’ll call now because my dog is out of the medicine and is in a whole lot of pain without them. They made no exception to release the medicine to me and now my dog will have to suffer for two days without it. I basically begged her but she said it’s ultimately the pharmacist’s decision and the pharmacist she was referring to wouldn’t even bother to look at me or speak to me. So heartless. I’ll make sure to never come here again."

"If you are looking to get a vaccine pick another pharmacy or Walgreens. After having appointments for both a Shingles and Hep B vaccine when we arrived we were informed that they did not have enough Shingles vaccines and we need to have the vaccine done at another Walgreens. We still decided to have the Hep B vaccines at the Walgreens and waited but while we were in the vaccine area someone that just walked in and did not have an appointment was able to come in and be seen and vaccinated before 3 others that had filled out the necessary paperwork and had appointments. And even after quietly pointing that out and calling the store to get a clearer understanding of what happened it was dismissed and no sufficient resolution or apology was given. I will never use this pharmacy again for any prescriptions or vaccines. The pharmacist giving the vaccines also doesn’t have the best attitude either. Not friendly or nice at all. And was a similar experience back in November with the 1st Shingles vaccine but I just gave her a pass and figured she was having a bad day. Definitely need to do a better job!"
