"My mom ordered a dress from this company and they gave her the run around and never shipped it but kept saying it was shipped. After several days of texting back and fourth, she told my mom she called the postal office and got us a refund! Make it make sense, if it’s shipped already , how do we get a refund. She was rude, and very unprofessional. We will not support your business moving forward. Now we have to wait to for a refund and she has to message her “team” when it’s a small business . Get it together ."
