"The customer service from one particular manager was very unprofessional- the red head African American woman is very nasty- there is a way to speak to people and she needs to be re trained on her customer service skills. I advise you to find another job bc this isn’t it, Rainbow should be embarrassed to have someone so rude and nasty working for them."

"Dirt cheap clothes, not great quality, but every now & then some of it is surprisingly GOOD, like some of their plus size jeans. Otherwise, cheap to the point of being almost 'disposible' clothing. But...fun! Generally too young/trendy/trashy for this middle-aged mom but when I want to go for sexy, they will come through! Decent plus size selection that is not your classic fat-lady tent stuff. Amazing $3 & $5 clearance racks of prior season, which is where I do 90% of my shopping here. I will spend $3 for a cheap dress...but not $15-20 in season. Surprisingly good 3/$10 (or $5 for 1) knock-offs of popular spray colognes."
