"Chicken salad on a bagel and a small coffee 11$ they also give you a small cole slaw, potato salad , mac salad or bag of chips. Bagel was average, chicken salad a little dry. Coffee average deli coffee. Place is ok. Service fast and polite. Lots of traffic . Tables in front, place is clean."
"Waited 20min for a turkey sandwich. The bacon I paid for might as well have been a handful of bacon bits and the roll was rock hard stale. If I didn't get all the way home I would've demanded a refund. Thanks for setting the tone for my Sunday "best bagels"."
"I come to this place at least 3 times a week and unfortunately the service has kept declining, there is no bagel selection which is pretty ironic and they keep hiring new people without training them properly ie how to take orders , how to handle a longer line. I don’t believe I’ll be coming back , buyers beware"
"Such a shame this place makes a good bagel. Most of the time. If you get the two cranky old ladies then it’s sloppy and the rudeness from them makes it not enjoyable. The staff working today was working hard to get the line moving however I still waited 20 minutes to be helped. You can tell it’s managements poor choices and understaffing that caused todays issues! Shame on the owner for setting them up for failure."
"I order breakfast sandwiches every Sunday and I will never order from these guys again. Put in an order for 3 BEC’s and I got 3 bacon and cheese- really??? Who would order just bacon and cheese? Tried calling them and they never picked up the phone. They obviously know they get too many complaints so no need to answer their phone to hear about what they already know."
