"I went into this location looking to select a new front door and storm door. 11 AM on a Saturday. There was no one working in the Mill work department. I was told no one was working in this department today. I found someone who offered to set up a consultation with someone. What that meant was someone coming to my home. I had to commit to a three hour window. I just wanted help picking a front door and getting a stock number for my contractor. I would say horrible service but thats too good. NO SERVICE!!!!"

"THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! As I am writing this review I am currently on hold AGAIN! I have been on the phone for the last 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone first in appliances and the to a store manager. I have literally been hung up on 5 times. The phone even to the switchboard rings forever, no one picks up. I have one question to ask and I'm still waiting. I can't even believe the incompetence in people's ability to do a simple job."

"I ordered online and used the in store pick up option. I couldn't believe how easy it was! I walked up to the lockers, scanned my bar code and the locker door opened right up! I picked up my order and walked right out. Highly recommended for small item orders."

"This place is absolutely disgraceful! It starts with store management because the associates are extremely rude and continue to get away with it. Same incompetent associates being rude time after time. Look at all the most recent reviews and you’ll see the pattern. I wrote an email to the CEO and it was pawned off to a minion that had no resolution to my problem but just wanted more details. So the auto response Lowes uses when responding to these reviews is not true. They’re not interested in you calling them and they will mot reach resolution. Don’t waste your time! This store needs to be completely revamped from a culture perspective. Every associate needs to understand that me and other customers shopping is what pays their bills. The minimal amount of people working there are unhappy and miserable which then cascades down to poor customer service. I’ll say it again…TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT is the only reason these issues are reoccurring! When something happens for the first time, it should be addressed and handled with a sense of urgency. Start your training program at the very bottom because my 6 year old nephew can make better business decisions than the ones being made at this store!"
