"Started off well… but I began to wonder if Dr Reddy is taking on too much? Scheduled telemedicine appointments in which I was on time for, I’d eventually hang up because I was waiting for 45 minutes or more MORE than once. Sometimes I’d have to call the office repeatedly to have my meds sent and more than once, they were incorrect. I called 2 weeks ago to have her send a referral to a new provider and again, find myself reaching out to the office once more due to utter negligence in follow through.
