"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you’re not pregnant, don’t go here. They reschedule my appointments all the time, tell me my birth control is being held up at the pharmacy when they didn’t approve a refill. They dismiss every problem I have presented and tell me that it’s nothing to worry about. I can’t recommend a place less than this one."

"I was subjected to a battery of questions at high speed on my first and second appointment here. If you are like me, a normal person with a general exposure to medical practices, you would probably pick up right away that the approach to you, the patient, was unfriendly at best if not down right hostile. ! I asked the person who was doing the intake to slow down, which was quickly dismissed with the statement "I need to get this done" sort of thing. I don't know the name of the person who did my intake in both occasions but she is in the same shift with Laurie Alexander, NP (Laurie was great!). I had the distinct impression that I was nothing more than numbers on a sheet for her to analyze and pass judgment on. She ignored my right as a patient to be informed and refused to explain to me why some of her questions didn't seem to be appropriate for my medical file. I have never seen a more serious lack of "human" skills with someone who works in the medical field! P.S. ONLY person at this location that is worth dealing with is Laurie Alexander."

"Called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist forwards me to the nurse, who then forwards me back to the receptionist because she's not responsible for booking. I finally get an appointment scheduled only to receive a message two days later that they've double booked me and had to reschedule. The next day I receive another call because they've double booked me AGAIN and need to reschedule. I tell them that I cannot wait another week, so they offer to send me to their Kensington location so that I would not have to wait. I get to my appointment only to find that they can't see me because they haven't received my lab report from my previous provider. I tell them I also have the report in my email, the receptionist says it cant be emailed but has to be faxed. One of the doctors comes out and says that it doesnt have to be faxed but that I can print it out and bring it in. I personally fax over my report, because I don't have time to make an additional trip to drop off a lab report, and am told that they can't check to see if they received it until it shows up in their system and to "call back later". Who knows how many times I'll have to call before someone can tell me they've received my information. Overall this place has shown that they are disorganized and that the receptionists lack the knowledge and experience to provide quality service. I will DEFINITELY be looking into a different provider because this one no longer has my trust."
