"Absolutely disgusting the way they take care of patients. Every single nurse and doctor should be fired and sued for the lack of care for patients and inattentiveness. Absolutely unacceptable. People trust you with their loved ones when they are in critical/ dangerous condition, and you do not make efforts to contact them? Be transparent with them? Have any decency and show kindness and compassion? My friend has been stuck here for 3 months and the doctors and nurses do not care about him. Absolutely disgusting, and I hope you get sued for not doing your job and failing to take care of your patients. Your doctors and nurses do not care about the patients. Do not go here. Your family and friends are not welcome here at this garbage hospital."

"I applied to Mount Sinai a couple of months back. I was excited and looking forward to working the hospital. Due to their good reputation and their history. I applied to an EMS position and was hired. Unfortunately, soon after they took the offer back due to a miscommunication. They took it back twice and offered the job offer again twice. I was shocked and appalled when this happened. Furthermore, I was also disrepected by the director and called names.I have never been in a situation like this in any job. The EMS management including the director and managers were very unprofessional and disorganized. I was very surprised with how they treated me, no one deserves that. I didn't sign up for that treatment especially when I haven't even started the job yet. I advise anyone signing up for an EMS position to steer away unless you want problems."

"Such a special hospital with dedicated staff. Wife had surgery, staff amazing the care and compassion was incredible. Recovery nurses on Annenberg 7 Yan, Kathy, and entire team went beyond and above all to assist my wife. These are just a special group and a G-D sent, bless them all. "This place doesn't even deserve a star. I am completely and utterly disgusted by the lack of compassion and sympathy the staff have at this hospital. I thought this hospital was one of the best but I am completely horrified to have asked for my husband to be sent to this hospital. My husband was admitted by ambulance. I am stuck in Canada with my children while my husband is alone at this hospital. I have called to get any kind of updates such is he alive? Is he being taken care of ? Only to be met with the most unwelcoming, incredibly mean, rude staff. I literally just spoke to someone who told me if i want nformation on his status I should just come by the hospital. I told him I am stuck in Canada, he literally hung up on my face how is this even possible ? Aren't nurses and doctors supposed to be kind, informative, compassionate? What the hell is this. This is horrendous.and let me tell you I've been above and beyond polite. An absolute nightmare. I am horrified and literally haven't slept in 2 days. This hospital needs to hire new staff and retrain staff to have some kind of heart The level of attitude is disgusting. As a doctor working in a hospital in Canada I am shocked. Honestly shocked. I was told his doctor would call me around 1 am. I called at 7 am.and was met with severe attitude and told again that the doctor would call me soon. It's currently 344 pm and still no word from any doctor. When I called again the doctor hung up on me. I was SO polite. Is this normal still no status on my husband as his phone is dead with no charged battery. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE MOUNT SINAI. How do I know my husband's needs are being met if you can't even tell me he is okay ??????"
