"Best Physio I’ve been to. Dr. Daeseon Kim is wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and takes his time with you. He explains in detail what the issue is and how he will fix it. They also do heat therapy and massages in the session. Would 100% recommend."

"The best physical therapy experience I've had so far. I've had a bad disc herniation with a nerve impingement and it felt like my previous physical therapist was just going down a general checklist of how to treat me. In the initial assessment with Dr. Choi, she immediately identified that my problem was also muscular. She has tailored a routine to my issues and is diligent about updating my exercises and making sure I don't have pain. In the month I've been seeing her, my pain is almost nearly gone and I'm developing healthier habits (standing at work, stretching more) that have helped me immensely. Dr. Choi makes you feel very comfortable and is very friendly and warm. From checking in to the end of the visit, all of the staff members are very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend Balance in Motion as your physical therapy choice."
