"Ok this isn't a big 4 star hotel but for the price point this hotel was very good!! The room we had was very clean. The guy at the desk (owner?) was very helpful and friendly. Was in a safe area. The bonus is there are great restaurants for breakfast right beside it that you can walk to! Pillows could be better but I generally bring my own anyway. I'll stay here again next time we need to stay overnight in buffalo"

"This place should not be in a rating conversation, I stay in a dumpster, before I stay in this place again, stay here a week ago. To let me and my girlfriend cool down cause we got in a bad argument, I should have going to jail it'd been a better stay there than this place. Bed was like sleeping on the ground, the room smell like people take a smoke break there, dirty and nasty. The only thing good a can say is the guy at the front desk was nice. This is to the owner, man you talking about taking action towards my negative comments about your hotel, take action towards making your customers feel happy staying at your hotel, I I guess they are right the truth hurts."

"Worst place ever to stay. I watched management turn down a customer that had already reserved a room. Service is absolutely terrible. They were referring customers to another motel a mile down the road and claiming it's "in walking distance" when they had multiple open rooms. I reserved a few more nights while I was there and they told me the same thing, to go to the super 8 "down the road" as I was elevating my swollen leg on my walking device because I'm blatantly disabled. They don't care about their customers. Don't stay here unless it's a last resort. Worst motel I've ever stayed at, without a doubt. Not to mention the bed was like sleeping on a rock. No comfort at all."

"My son and I are currently guests here while we get our apartment. The staff have been very accommodating, helpful, understanding, and gracious. Whatever problems previous reviewers have had, they seem to have been fixed. The wifi works well, the room, bedding, and bathroom were all clean, we were provided with working appliances, and we see housekeeping cleaning every day. They gave us a reasonable rate and are on site every day. We appreciate the helping hand given to us during this time and would recommend The Scottish Inns to friends and family."
