"Having been on the road for many days, it was a bit of a drag to park up front and go to the 7th floor to check in to then go to another elevator to head to the rooms. The staff is exceptional. The night attendant was fantastic and was able to fit our Sprinter at their facility via valet. There is a clearance, however we called ahead of time and was accommodated. The view is spectacular. The ladies at the front desk this morning were extremely helpful. The espresso machine was out of order, and the team member offered to go out of her way to grab a coffee for me. Very sweet to offer but I will grab it myself later as I didn’t feel comfortable having her go out of her way for a extremely tiny inconvenience."
"Great staff and amazing location. Steps away to the KeyBank through the parking garage. (You'd still need a jacket in the winter) The rooms were near perfect, if I had to nitpick, the lampshades could use dusting!"
"Rooms were great, except I could hear loud music coming from not sure where but it was loud and had trouble sleeping. Since I sleep during the day and have to drive at night. Other than that. Had no problem. Bed was comfortable."
"I have stayed at better Marriotts. Too bad they don't offer water bottles in the room or at the front desk. TV remote is very slow to respond. Couldn't figure out how to change the time on the alarm clock which was 5 mins slow. Beds were comfy. Overpriced hotel which charges for everything from parking to water bottles."
"Very confusing hotel to find and park at but a nice perk is the connected parking garage. No room upgrade for Ambassador Elite members but the rooms were nice. They did do mobile check in and gave me a mobile key but they don’t work in the elevator so kind of pointless in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice property."
