"The staff are amazing! Check in was easy. Tracy was both kind and informative. The night clerk was so pleasant. I wish I remembered his name. Grab n go breakfast was a treat. Carolyn is the best. Valet attendants work with a smile Rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent area, close to everything. I definitely recommend and stay again."

"This location was perfect for us. We were VERY impressed with the whole hotel. The building is clean looking and modern, the check-in was quick and easy, the room was larger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the small apartment sized refrigerator was a welcomed surprise. The staff were friendly and accommodating to every request we had. This location was a great choice for a visitor to the area. We were a little fearful of the noise level being close to the hospital, but it is the opposite side of the hospital building from the Emergency Room and main entrances so the noise is at a minimum. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"This location was great. Close to downtown. They offer a free shuttle, which was amazing. Both drivers were fantastic. All the staff were very helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows were nice too. Bathrooms very clean. On the go breakfast was okay. Wish they offered a few more selections, but overalls, we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"We loved this hotel! Came with a group of three adults and four children. One of our rooms got upgraded to the suite and it was HUGE! Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was basic but it was included and extremely convenient. Location is close to anything downtown. Valet parking was prompt and professional. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Buffalo!"
