"Service was wonderful, but the place often will have children running and stomping around in the late hours of the night, without any repercussions. It's very noisy but comfortable. Building is inconvenient to get to, but parking is abundant."
"My girlfriend stayed here, paid for a $14 tab at the bar, and was charged $750 by the hotel. No one could explain the charges and there is no on-site manager. So far they've only been able to refund less than half and can't explain the remaining charges. This is totally unacceptable from a national hotel chain. Just another opportunity to rob people of their hard earned money. Either it's a POS malfunction or obvious theft from one of your employees. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to a supervisor and see how we can correct the situation."
"Hotel check-in was easy, and the receptionist was nice. Starbucks is attached to the hotel. The room was clean and neat. The gym is gorgeous. Nice indoor pool and laundry room on the first floor. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, too. There was something for everyone."
"The hotel is nice, yes, that's what attracted my partner and I to it. However, it was very expensive for a hotel that is not safe. They had one security that was stationed all over the hotel and no one watching the security camera. Someone was able to break into our car, stole our things and we were not aware until many hours late. Which the staff was aware and did not care to notify us or call the police. The staff showed no empathy and didn't help. We were told that every week, cars at the hotel get broken into. This is my worse experience at a hotel. I would never recommend it to my worse enemy!"
"Beautiful hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with a waffle machine and love having the attached Starbucks! The room smelled a bit like it used to be a smoking room, a hard smell to get rid of. But besides that it was clean and spacious. Good location in a walkable area with restaurants and shops."
