“I switched to Advocate Summit Pediatrics when my son was 15 months old after a pretty terrible experience with another practice. I was very nervous but the difference is incredible. I never feel rushed when go for a visit, have ample time for questions and I feel like my opinions and thoughts around my son's care are considered and matter. The staff both the administrative and clinical teams are amazing. Always friendly and accommodating. They treat my son with such respect even as a toddler and talk to him in the visits instead of only talking to me. I'm a nurse so I know I can be a tough customer sometimes and I had always felt like I needed to be in 'nurse-mode' when I took my son for a visit at our prior pediatrician's office because there were a lot of mistakes. That feeling of being "on guard" was awful as a new mom. Now I feel like I get to be a mom when I'm in the office and I'm eternally grateful for that.”

I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. He is clearly good at his job, and takes pride in his work. He did not rush my situation. He was very thorough. “Carlos is the most loving, caring & most patent veterinarian I’ve ever known to him it’s not just a job he literally loves and cares for each and every pet that enters his office, My husband and myself have been bringing our pets for over 19 years along with our puppies that we breed, We have nothing but positive feedback for such an amazing veterinarian we love this man dearly and all of his hard work is outstanding, people don’t understand how he literally dedicates all of his time day and night 6 days a week as well as his effort into making sure that all his patients “animals” are very well taken care of and treated with great care. We live all the way in the Bronx drive 1 sometimes 2 hrs depending on traffic to be seen by such an amazing veterinarian who always provides great care never turning down our pets unlike many places who sometimes refuse to provide many animals treatment, summit animal clinic is all the way in union city & we prefer taking the long distance travel as many times as needed so our pets can continue to receive great care. no amount of words can describe how much of an amazing doctor he is to our babies. “I just left the office of Family Planning and Cancer Screening on Summit Avenue in Union City. I don’t know anyone that enjoys going for these checkups. They are quite annoying and very uncomfortable. However, the entire staff at this location was so nice as well as professional that I must say it was truly a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I’m thankful for the helpful staff. From the lovely woman that attended me at the front desk, to the 3 accommodating nurses that I interacted with during my visit, as well as the wonderful nurse practitioner Liza that knowledgeably answered all of my questions and engaged in conversation with me. I will certainly be returning and will recommend this facility.”

“The customer service I received every time I have called to get a medication refilled for my wife is above and beyond. When disconnected, I was called back immediately. When the pharmacy told me that they did not receive the prescription, the staff called to find out why. The pharmacy told me they did not receive the prescription even though they did. The reason the pharmacy lied and did not refill the prescription was because of the high cost. This has happened to me more than once. I appreciate all the staff and Summit Heath for their patience and doing what they can to help.”

The desk staff, nurses and tech have all been efficient and friendly. I am a complainer but feel that I must write as the last review was not my experience. My daughters usually dislike going to the doctor, but Dr. Phillips and Dr. Distefano handled their treatments with such patience and care, engaging with them on their level. My youngest daughter loved him but, she met with Dr Petrone and found she was the perfect match for her care and now see dr Petrone as her primary and will still see Dr Christou as well. “The inside of this facility is brand new. Looks really clean and modern. The parking garage is only one floor and probably only has 30 or so spots. However, if you find a spot the parking ticket can be validated so parking can be free. Also very fast to see the doctor.”

“Dr. Khokhar is the best pediatrician. She is kind, smart and has the best bedside manners. She is thorough in her assessment, patiently listens to all your questions and provides a high standard of care. She has been our pediatrician since our daughter was born in 2020 and under her guidance, we have managed through everything that comes with raising a baby in a post pandemic era. We have not experienced any issues with the staff or with billing. The staff has always been professional and accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Khokhar and Verona Pediatrics!”

“Moved to NJ recently and needed a new care provider as There’s no advantage care here, stumbled upon Summit health and decided to give it a try. Met with Dr Gbemisola Alli and I must say she has to be the best doctor I ever met, after my first visit with her myself and my wife decided we wanted her to be our family primary care. Her attention to detail is second to none, she ensured I was very comfortable and reassured me that I was going to me fine. I’ve been there 3 times and every time, I left feeling assured that I was in safe hands. I would recommend her to anyone.”
